I've got a Hopetech XC 29er boost rear wheel but I may want to change it it to a bolt thru 142x12.
I have another Pro 4 hub ready to use so can i just literally swap the hubs over or will the spoke length change at all?
At this point I should point out that wheel building is not my forte!

Measurements are different between boost & non boost hubs, so will need new spokes to do it properly.
Although no doubt someone will soon be along to say it's fine-all depends if you want it right or not.

Boost/non boost makes about 0.3mm difference so yes, you can reuse the spokes. I did when I went the other way.
That was non boost to boost pro 4 with a 659b rim. With a 29er, I'd expect the difference to be less.
