I have some vision two lights which overall I'm pleased with. Only problem is the battery doesnt hold charge.
If I charge them on a Monday by Wednesday they are flat and need charging before use.
This caught me out a couple of times to begin with its not a massive problem I just have to charge them befor use. The Lithium batteries on my niterider lights hold charge for months.
Are the Hopes faulty or is it a design fault?
Contact Hope - their customer service is excellent. They might even replace the battery foc (they did for me)
I Reckon the battery is Faulty i have a Vision2 & that doesnt happen with my batterie's Give Hope a Phone
I had exactly the same fault on my vision 2. Sent back to Hope. Swapped cells and reprogrammed main unit. Been fine since. All free except for the postage to Hope. There is a returns form on their website to print off.
My Hope Vision 2 did exactly the same. Shame because it's a nice light.
Never thought of returning it, doh! Probably too late now.
epicyclo, I am sure they will repair if for a nominal charge.
