I had a problem with a Vision 2 light that I popped in the post to them Thurs or Fri last week and its back today, fixed, no charge...
I've had some stunning customer service from Hope this year, its great to see there are still a few people out there that really do value their customers. A great example to all of us in business.
Why would you buy anything else?

They never fail to impress!
I had similar service from them - they replaced the cables on my 3.5 year old 2-LED system, including both batteries and the lamp, free or charge despite it being wear and tear. Legendary!
In return I recommend them to lots of people and spread the word...
They quoted me £70 to fix my lamp. I could buy a new MagicShine lamp for £74. So I did.
