i had a ickle problem with a bit of Hope kit on sunday, pretty much my own doing/cack handedess.
i called Hope on Monday and asked for the cost of the replacement part/let them laugh at me 😀
Anyway long story -short Fedex have just dropped off the part FOC.
OUTSTANDING - happy days.
Hope are great Hope they never get to big pardon the pun 😆 and service goes downhill.
How odd. I emailed them the other day to ask for the part number of a small brass part that i damaged on my 2007 minis and had a reply telling me to check their dealer lists and go and ask at one of those...

Yes hope are ace and for balance I emailed 2pure on Monday to ask about availability of spares for my nearly 3 year old Joplin, today got email to say they were in the post. Great stuff
