Does this need to be installed with a headset press or can it be done without tools?
Just triple checking with 456 and 1 1/8 fork I need type 2 and D step down headset?

I would do it with a press. The quality holding the cups in place doesn't look good in the frame.
Assumming your thinking of hammer and a block of wood.
I got my lbs to do it.
