Pistons were completely hidden before I just installed new pads. Pads now rubbing on both sides. What's going on?

Hope Sintered. Same as normal.

take the pads out and use a plastic tyre lever to gently push the pistons back into the caliper body then re-insert the pads. also while doing this check there's nothing preventing the pistons from retracting...
