Okay, we all know that the 16mm spacer goes between the hubshell and the freehub and the 14mm spacer goes between the two freehub bearings.
Can anyone explain why my old BULB hub has the shorter 15mm spacer between the hubshell and freehub and the longer 16mm bearing between the freehub bearings? By the way, it's not a mistake, the hub freewheels perfectly (when the bearings are in good nick) and if I swap the spacers over the freehub sits way too far away from the hubshell.
Odd!
weird, but that's hope for you. I write on mine with sharpie so I don't get them confused. Top tip Viz stylee
I did the same but now I can't tell if it's an S or an F. And I don't remember what it stood for anyway!
Cos that's how they're supposed to be, t'other way to the xc hub.
Glad I'm not going mad.
