Following on from the thread the other day about being able to fit a tapered fork to a frame with semi-integrated headset using a Hope H cup got me thinking about trying it.
My frame is set up for 100mm forks and I want to try 120mm forks, so would that difference equate to aprox 1 degree slacker?
What is the stack height of the H cup and would that work out to 0.5 degree as well?

I don't know the exact answer but expect about 1/2" stack height.

Reckon you'd be pretty close with your estimate of 1.5 degrees change for adding 20mm travel plus the external lower cup.

Ok cheers, any idea how long the insert part that fits into the frame is?

I think the Hope technical doc's on their site give dimensions?
