[Closed] Hope bulb rear axle/conversion kit

Toying with the idea of asking a m8 to try and mill me up a 10mm axle for my rear hope bulb (at my old works expense).
Probably need the 12mm axle as a template, but what in the conversion kit?
(axle with bearings to fit it?)

Or has anyone had a 9mm axle out and know if you could 'just' mill that out, instead of (I'm assuming) putting in smaller bearings & the new axle?

p.s. have read stuff that you used to be able to get a 10mm kit, but it may have been just for the Hope Bulb DH (150mm) hub?
