is there a favoured recipie for homebrew sealant?
I`ve seen a couple of threads but no definitive recipie
I`m a tightarse and begrudge paying £15 for a bottle of gunge.

Maple syrup + pva glue works well, apparently. 50:50 mix.

I use a homebrew sealant. It'll cost you more than £15 to buy all the stuff, but will out last shop bought stuff.
With some experimenting a endded up with
250ml liquid latex + 300ml Slime + 400ml concentrated screen wash.
I've been using this for 2+years now, not had any problems

I've been looking this up recently too, basics seems to be latex + water + grated old inner tube. Yet to try it!
What does the screen wash do?
