[#6659733]

Realised on a group ride last Saturday that my full mudguards (SKS) weren’t completely protecting riders behind so want to fit a flap on the rear.

What have you made yours from (mudguards are the silver ones)?

Latest is a coke tin, probably not the best material though.

Foldable chopping board or one of those rubbery baking tray things.

I have SKS chromoplastic on 1 bike. I bought some proper SKS mudflaps for them....so would suggest try and track those down (wiggle or SJS?)

Barring that, milk container......

Just use several layers of duct tape, you can make it as long as you want and there is no danger of it breaking off if you have to flip your bike on it back wheel for storage or whatever.

A chopped up black plant pot keeps my wheel-sucking friends clean.

DPC as above. Neat, strong, black. Find it in builders skips. Make the flap dead low.
