Swapping XT HT II cranks from 73mm to 68mm bb shell width, how can you make this sleeve fit? Or is there another sleeve?
Do you need the sleeve?

You'll need to use the three 2.5mm spacers with a 68mm shell as only one required with your current set-up!

the sleeve is the same width, as said above you need to space the cups to fit the frame

Should these spacers of come with the cranks when they where installed by my LBS?

If you bought the chainset off your local lbs and they fitted it they still should have given you the extra spacers that came with it!
