after my nightmare outing at the wyre forest with a small block 8 on the back ive decided i need a new rear tyre.
ive got a highroller 2.35 on the front which im finding ok so was just wondering if it would make a good rear tyre too.
or is there somthing else fro the maxxis range i should look at
cheers
steve
I ride with high roller 2.35s front and rear and think they are superb
just don't get a supertacky compound. The 60a compound (hard rubber) highrollers work very nicely on the rear
You can also try the Maxxis ADvantage too.
I have an ADvantage 2.4 for sale used once!!!
High Rollers work for me! The Advantage is similar, lighter but has a thinner sidewall.
would it be worth getting a 2.5 and sticking that on the front and putting my 2.35 on the back??
Small blocks are a decent rear tyre in dry conditions.
High rollers are great tyres.
