Went for the first time today with our 7 and 11 year olds - neither very confident off road. Both loved the blue route, fairly flat, lots of berms and bumps, decent café, play area for the younger one.
Eldest one finally mastered pedal position when cornering - a genetic issue I fear - and said his confidence had come on with just with three laps, and he can't wait to go back.
Strongly recommend it for anyone local who hasn't been yet.
