[Closed] Help - Which Hope conversion kit

Numpty didn't check when getting his new frame so, need to convert my Hope Pro 2 evo hubs from 142x12 to 135x12.

Assume just the end caps again but, struggling to find the right kit.

Will some kind soul point me in the right direction?
