As title really, on a friend's bike, the floodgate adjuster seems to simply to do nothing. She is a tad under 10 stone so i've had it pressurised to around 150 psi (sag is around 20%). It blows right through no matter what we do with the floodgate lever and bobs around like a mutha farmer.
Anyone else had similar problems? Am I doing something daft? It would be under warranty but the bike was bought through Halfrauds in Edinburgh (she works for RBS in the IOM) on cycle to work so sending it back through them to Fishers is going to be a proper ball ache.

I had similar problem on a 4.2, sent it back, came back sort of repaired, then started leaking air. For the 150% of the cost of a service, I bought a replacement Fox Float RP2 + lockout (or something).
