Any opinions would be useful...

I did cytech level 2 at work. I learned a lot about employer/employee rights and responsibilities, cossh and h&s at work and a bit about bike mechanics, but I have been in the bike trade for over a decade. If you are a beginner you'd learn a vast amount.
It is nice to have a certificate for my collection... I expect to have to work a lot harder on the level 3, and the fact that I'm keen to do that would indicate that it is worth it, I guess.
