Read in a thread somewhere that it should be done once a month. Could anyone help me, or point me in the right direction?

your welcome, done it on my 36talas and its a piece of p**s, iirc 32+ 36talas have a different amount of oil in the talas side, tells you how much in the vid,

depends on how much and in what conditions your rideing in, dosnt take long so i would just for peace of mind and warrenty

i use stendec stantion lube (silicon spray) on my 36s and that makes a difference as well, much plusher seems to reduce seal stiction a lot
