First time with a 10sp system, changed the rear 10sp cable just fine but the front (2sp) has like a little flat spring inside the shifter thats stopping me pushing the cable end out
What's the crack?

I've sorted it. You have to put it into 3sp mode!

Hopefully, I'll remember this when I have to change mine at some point in the future...
