I noticed my 2014 Solo Air Revelations (150mm 26") now rest at the 10-15% mark regardless of how many psi are in. I can extend the fork to reveal the full travel but it springs back. They still work great but clearly rest in a different position to a new pair, what's going on?

Mine did this, except I'd lost more travel.

I did a lowers service but the air shaft wouldn't extend fully.

So spoke with Loco and he identified that there could be dirt inside the uppers (somewhere). So sent them for a service.

He does a collect-service-return offer.

Few things to try which seem a commonish problem on RS and plenty of threads if you searched... (Although mainly been pikes that ive heard thats had this problem)...

1. Insert a zip tie past the stantion seals to release air pressure in the lowers. Not done this but some on here have done this and has sorted the problem
2. Increase air pressure to max ( about 150psi ish) and extened fork travel to max. You may hear a short hiss which i believe to be air transferri g into the neg chamber
3. Clean excessive grease from the air transfer groove on the inside of the stantions. When you put the forks back together make sure you dont create neg air pressure in the lowers. I tend to add a bit of air pressure before putting lowers back on ( as advised by tf tuned but is opposite to what is advised in the mbr video).

This happened with my solo air Revelations. There's a schraeder valve inside the air side lower leg. I let the air out of the top valve and then released the pressure from the hidden lower valve and reset the sag. They've been fine since.
