So i,ve just got a new frame under warranty and just finished buying new bits as the new frame is a 29er. I rang the bike shop up to ask them for torque settings as the shimano one seemed high, the bike shop said 4 - 5nm (this is for the front mech btw), so i set the torque wrench to 4 tightening things up and CRACK! so i take the mech off only to see a small crack in the seat tube. I figured i need to ring the shop tommorrow when theres someone there. but what if they tell me to **** off, can i get it repaired its carbon btw. Any help would be appreciated.
