I am still looking for a tyre like my Barron's but with a stronger side wall for also use.
Are these the best version of these?

Seems like loads of confusing different types.
Any help would be great.

Yes!
The trailstar is the softer gripper tyre for the front, the pacestar is the harder compound for the rear.
They also do the super gravity which are heavier with tougher sidewalls than the already tough snake skin sidewalls and there's the vertstar compound which is really soft but not very long lasting.
Trailstar and pacestar is a good all round combo
