i am buying a frame which has a 68mm BB, however i have shimano SLX 73mm BB, will it fit?

yes it should come with black plastic washers/spacers

if its external type yes with the correct spacers

You just need to fit the correct number of spacers behind each BB cup.
It's 1 on the non-driveside and 2 on the drive side on my Cove Handjob.

Yes, just need 2 extra spacer/washer things. Only found out myself on Saturday 😳
