Rockshox Pike 130mm Travel Boost. Cannot seem to find anywhere to purchase replacement lowers. Quite desperate to have a functioning bike by Thursday. Any Recommendations?

Helicoil or insert unless you want new lowers for another reason.

Phone around local or where you are planning to be Thursday
Remember the loctite has to cure so you need to leave time.

I’d also check the maxle isn’t also damaged.

Helicoil or Powercoil is worth a go.

One of Peatys old bikes came up for sale pretty sure the maxle had been replaced with a threaded bar that had nylock nuts both ends. Do that.

I’d phone about and try to find somewhere that can do it given your time constraints. If you do use a threaded bar I’d try and put some bush in with some 15mm plastic pipe to avoid further damage.
