Hey my rear hub had serious drag so stripped, flushed out and re-greased the bearings, cleaned the ringdrive, re-lubed and re-fitted the cassette body and pre-loaded the bearings to no avail. Is it a matter that the hub requires a full strip down requiring the tool and if so if anyone with experience in servicing them. Your help appriciated.

from experience, any drag is normally from the needle bearings inside the freehub body. Remove axle, clean inside freehub with GT85 and a toothbrush, quick squirt of Ringdrive lube or green Finish Line chainlube then re-assemble.
Sorted mine in about 5 mins ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi. I can service your hub. I have the full set of tools. I'll do it much cheaper than bromley bike (aka Evo imports who are the King distributor in the UK).

Please drop me an e-mail if you need my help.

Cheers

J
