Depending on whether its a 1 or 2 piece axle, have you loosened the bearing adjustment?
Hello.
It's a two piece axle. and i've attempted to do:
1. Insert 5 mm hex wrenches into both ends of axle assembly.
2. Hold left hand stationary and turn right hand counterclockwise 1/4 turn until assembly is loose.
3. Loosen and unscrew adjusting cone and axle end until they are free from main axle.
4. Slide out main axle.
5. Both hub shell bearing assemblies can now be accessed.
Nothing happens at stage 2 ๐
Sounds like longer allen keys or more muscle required. ๐
Damn it....I have neither.. ๐ณ

It's a common problem. Fasten one of the 5mm hex keys in a vice pointing up. Put the wheel on the key. Get a 5mm hex socket adaptor with a Tee handle, apply firm but even pressure, it will give. DO NOT try to jerk it off, Phnarrr! The end caps will burst if you are not carefull. I know from experience. Do not overtighten when you reassemble.

Or so I thought. It's got the right item code on the packet, right description too....but, yup you guessed it; it's for a 20mm hub to convert to a 15mm.
Thanks guys, it did just need extra force.
Also - Betd do Qr to 15mm kits for CK hubs.

No no...they handed it directly to me. I thought it looked pretty fat, but without a frame of reference it was hard to tell.
