I have a set of cranks and a BB 30 ready frame but no BB. I have had a look around but i am not to sure what is the correct one to buy?

Depends, which frame is it ?

This set worked for me and i had the job done in 60 seconds.

Be careful BBs are a nightmare and be aware that BB30 and pressfit 30 are different .
