[Closed] Help - anyone with broken oros?

I have sheared one of the clamp bolts on my oro puro clamp. The bolt threads into another internally threaded insert which screws into the main body. This might be because Puros are made of soft stuff but all oros may be like this? The end of the broken bolt is jammed deep in this threaded insert.

Does anyone have a broken set of oros as I need to source an insert and clamp bolt. The insert comes out easily with an allen key.
