Trying to buy some g-form elbow pads as I love the knee pads what I got.

Looked on their size chart and measured my spaghetti-like arms.

I appear to be an XL in forearms and a small or perhaps pushing a medium in biceps.

12 inch forearms and 12.5 inch biceps.

Fair enough, there is no discernable muscle on my arms whatsoever, but this is still troubling.....

Give me your numbers people. (Especially the skinny people)

I'm a XL in POC knee pads, and my medium elbows slide down, so you're not alone...

I'm currently a 12" forearm, 13.5" bicep relaxed and use a Large Gform, slightly too tight on the bicep, I've not worked out for a while so they're a better fit at the moment.
I think most pads are designed around a 1.5"-2" difference between forearm and bicep, my mate with noodle arms uses Bliss pads and prefers the fit. I'm a medium in Bliss, but the fit is not right for me, I prefer Gform.

I can’t remember the numbers to have the same problem right on the forearm loose on the bicep. Have some fox ones which aren’t too bad a fit

“ I appear to be an XL in forearms and a small or perhaps pushing a medium in biceps.”

Are you measuring the forearm 5” from your elbow?
