Helmet lights peak ...
 

[Closed] Helmet lights peak removal

My new purchase of lights have landed from ting tong,& I'm struggling to get the harness to fit correctly on my helmet,due to slippage,however it fits mint with the peak removed,does anyone else have this problem?.

A night ride is planned for tommora night!.,so I want it sorted..

yep, did the same on mine. just roll with it.

Problem is the elastic strap slips up!.

I meant with taking the peak off.

Depends what type of light you have I guess but this was my solution...

1.Take strap mount

2.Cut small slots to remove strap and allow refitting if required

3.Thread some velcro tape through mount

4.Thread velcro through vent holes in helmet

5. Job done
