I'm out of date - wtf is going on with headsets nowadays?
New frame is Salsa El Mariachi, I think it's 2014, and it says this on the website:
Headset: Upper 1-1/8" Zero Stack (ZS44/28.6)
Headset: Lower "For Tapered: 44mm External Cup (EC44/40) For Straight: Zero Stack (ZS44/30)"
The fork I think is a tapered one - the steerer is much fatter at the bottom than the top - looks like 1.5" on the bottom.

Oh.. wait.. that looks like it's for an actual tapered headtube.. do such things exist? The headtube is the same top and bottom (I think).
Give this a shot, just used it for my Cube AMS120 and really impressed with the outcome having struggled else where...
