Just took headset apart, cleaned bearings, repacked with lithium grease, put it all back together and now the headset feels tight - steering has loads of resistance?
Any thoughts?

Bearings aren't in straight or you've overtightened the thing

will try putting it back together again - but I only have a top star nut to tighten and it's not that tight.
