After taking my FSA Orbit MX headset off a frame and putting it back on the same (warrenty replacement) frame the headset is loading down on the bearings far too much when just nipped up very lightly, as far a I can tell and from an exploded diagram I have all the bits are correct and in order so i am at a loss here why it's too tight. The LBS even had a quick look and it's still not right?? Got any ideas please cos I need to get back on the road.
