I have already changed the pistons, I had bent the posts. But now I cant bleed them. No ammount of pressure will get fluid to fill the system. Cant see a block, have checked the caliper and each half is fine.

Any ideas?

Guessing that you're pumping fluid from the caliper bleed nipple up and out through the lever bleed screw with a syringe. Possible reasons for not getting any fluid through include a build up of dirt in the bleed nipple(take it out and clean it with some stiff wire), or the lever piston being depressed and blocking the path into the reservoir(had an Avid in yesterday with this problem, the adjuster screw having been screwed almost entirely through the threaded barrel. Have also found swollen seals causing a stuck piston due to the wrong fluid being used.)
