Mech looks like it's struggling tho. Longer one or a 2 ring+bash setup IMO.

That's one of those Amoeba stems off Ebay isn't it? I got one for mrs.dezb's bike too 🙂

Stem - need to get the size right before an Elite or X4 is bought. Yes it's an Amoeba one - got a 90mm one off them too if she thinks it a bit short.
Rear mech - It's in the extreme gear 32 rear 34 up front. Yes, I know it's more expensive than the forks. The forks came with the bike and will do for now.
