Has anyone been to the track by Wormwood Scrubs?
I've been to the website but it doesn't seem to have been updated for 2 years.
I work nearby and was wondering if it might be worth a trip at lunchtime during the week, but not sure if it's open.
Also, I've never ridden a BMX before.

I've been. It's well maintained but I think only worth going if you actually have a BMX - my 4X bike felt way too long.

Ah. So my hardtail with commuting slicks might not be up to the job?
