Right sorry to be a pain in the hoop as I had asked for a 3 Brethern Gps but It looks like the consencus is now Gypsy Glen for Mondays ride. 'Bigdugsbaws' was kind enough to send me a link on Strava but Im not a premium member anymore so cant upload It to my Garmin.
Anyone else help ? , Ideally I'd like the GT black route then off road down to Cardrona.

You'll probably get away with following the tyre tracks. Have you tried garmin connect?

Just copy and paste the URL of bigdugsbaws strava of the gypsy glen in there, it'll generate a GPX for ye, and load that onto your garmin.
Thanks for your help guys , that is a handy wee site . I managed to upload BDB's route to my garmin just hope I have the legs for It. 🙂
