Just wondering what shimano road stuff the GRX400 10 speed rear mech is compatible with, will one work with 105 5700 or Tiagra 4600 oull ratios?
The reason I'm asking is on my eldest CX bike he has Mircoshift R10s levers and these are compatible with the above shimano groupsets.

Nope, afraid not. Only tiagra 4700 10 speed or any of the 11 speed road stuff.
GRX 400 and tiagra 4700 all use the same cable pull ratio as the 11 speed stuff.
