Anyone else try one of those pretty Granite chain stash tools? I got given one as a gift and tried it out last night for first time. Pin snapped straight away. Thankfully got my chain off but then no way of getting the new one on. Sad times. To be fair their customer service was very swift and they offered to replace but not sure I want to take the risk of getting caught out. After all, the point of the tool is to help out in emergencies...
Anyone else had similar issues?
