GPS Backtrack, anyone used before?

Would want to know what format it gave location in (GB grid ref or some other, or can it be changed) doesn't seem to record a track and only 3 waypoints? With that kind of performance I would stick to my phone, as it seems to be a better GPS all round, and I have it already.
On that basis I am out... Good luck flogging them though...
