is anyone using one of these for trail riding at all?
is it any good?
i have been offered a brand new one at a good price, reading the blurb it says it is a roadie jacket,
the reviews look good for waterproofness and breathability.
wondering if anyone is using one for trail riding and is it ok?
also worth sizing up at all ?

thanks for replys.

I've got one but use it mainly for road riding.

I have used it for a few MTB rides but it's quite a roadie specific cut and much better suited to the stretched out position on a road bike (slim fit, high fronted at the waist, long tail at the back and long sleeves).

If it was a great deal I might be tempted but there are jackets in the Gore range that are much more suited to MTB.

Sizing is slim, I usually take a medium and do wear a medium in the Oxygen jacket but it's tight and I wouldn't be able to fit much under it in terms of layers

As mauja says - it's a very, very slim/long cut jacket. Mine doesn't fit around the chest unless I'm leaning over the road bike.

The Fusion GT AS is much more appropriate for MTB.
