Thought I'd give a Positive Shout out for the Guys at Evans Brighton and specialized
A few weeks back i found 5 hair line cracks between the spokes on the Roval SLX 24 rear wheel on my roubaix road bike
took it down to my local evans and they sorted out getting a brand new Roval SLX 24 rear wheel from specialized to replace it
That's all no Drama - just some good service 8-), i was surprised to get the replacement as soon as i did with the current supply chain issues

Specialized always good for warranties - the UK tech manager was a club mate and everyone who rode a Specialized had had a new frame under warranty - they were like Trigger’s broom, they started out with an Allez and finished up with an S-Works 🤣
