Just had a flyer through the door inviting me to a consultation next weekend about a FC proposal to turn the Lennox Castle woods near me into an outdoor centre, complete with mountain bike trails and a cafe 🙂
Now I just know that someone will bring up the spectre of Carron Valley and things will take a turn for the cynical, but just for a moment share my joy - the sun is shining, and I might be getting new trails right by my house.

How did the consultation go? Any news on whether trails will be built and if so by who, how long are they proposing to make them and when will they open?!
