A mate ordered lights from them and paid on the 16th December. Nothing through yet and no answers to emails or phone calls or answer machine messages....?
Anything up with them? As I notice from the other thread he sometimes replies on here when his customers can't get hold of him.
I am not a fan of shitty service, but dude, it's Boxing day.
Obviously he's not tried today or yesterday, but leading up to Xmas he been getting nowhere.. I said I'd post here to see if he was about..
I tried ringing as well but never seem to get an answer. However, when I left a message via the order history, I got an answer straight away and the parts arrived the next day. Seems like he needs a reminder before he ships orders nowadays.

Sounds like it started as a small business and got swamped. Shame as simple communication would have been great.
Roll on the 5th when hopefully a new responsive distributor will be announced.
My buddy said he's not bothered if there is a delay but he'd like to know what's going on... Nowadays if you order most companies will ship next day and you get what you want within a few days... Not hearing a thing for a week despite trying to contact is bad.
