when i searched prior to a lads weekend last year [url= http://www.kailziegardens.com/bunkhouse.html ]THIS [/url]was the only one i could find. they were fully booked the weekend we wanted but communication was good and they invited us down to have a look for future reference so get my vote for service for what it's worth.
we stayed in the rosetta camp site which was nice enough and an easy walk into town for curry & beers 8)
why no SYHA in peebles?? surely it would be full all year round?

hotel right next to the centre, MTB friendly - ace service and excellent bar staff.
The Cross Keys Hotel in Peebles has a bunk room and the owner is a cyclist.
