[#1417375]

Im having trouble finding sizes and measurement for the 2010 xtc frameset, seat post size etc

I also wanna know what the max width tyre i could use is?

Maybe im just dumb but even google isn't helping.

Ive looked on the Giant site but i can't find a list of spec measurements.

Any idea's?

I can't find it either. I have the 2009 frame only that has a factory shim for 27.2.
Clearance is far better than previous years and it has a slacker head angle.
I had a lot of the older 80mm travel XTC frames, and always said if they slackened it, gave it better clearance and made it 100mm compatible it would be an ace little frame. And that's just what they've done.

Yeah i was waiting for these changes and as soon as i saw the geomtry and fork compatability i had to snap one up.

Ive e-mailed Giant so hopefully they will get back to me.

I wanna stick some Nobby Nics on but wanna know the clearance before i spend the cash.

On my 2008 carbon and my sons 2009 alloy its not a lot, 2.1's really - but less in winter if its muddy around you.

I've used NNs in mine with no issue, but it's more of a 2.1 frame?

yeah prob go with a 2.1 so it shouldn't be a problem. Thinking i should maybe have gone for something more like a Handjob xc.

a large is 19 inches and i reckon all the other comments about a 2.1 tyre are about right
