On the lookout for a S/H Trance frame.

Does anyone know if it's possible to get a headset for these frames that makes them compatible with a straight steerer? I read something about them having an odd-sized tapered head tube.

Cheers in advance,

BTM

They have got an oversized headtube, but when I looked into getting some standard tapered forks for mine, there were headsets available, nukeproof I think, which allow you fit whatever fork you want

I have a 2nd hand trance for sale if you are after a large. Pretty sure you can sort it for a straight steerer

i'm running an Anthem X with a straight steerer fork, using a Hope reducer thing that sits over the bottom of my 1.1/8 steerer tube and spaces it out to a 1.5, so the crown race for the headset fits properly.

Honestly, looks a bit cack if you stare at the bottom of the headtube where it interfaces to the smaller fork arch, but until I can afford a tapered fork, it'll do.
