Just tried to service my giant tracker hubs that are on my anthem 3 2015.
i can get one end cap off but I don’t know how to get the other one off as there is no way to stop it spinning. They are screw off end caps with cartridge bearings any help appreciated

Pull off? Might be tricky to get a good grip of it though.

I don’t think I could get a grip. The other side screwed off. I would have thought that there would have been a way to stop it spinning 😀
