I'm thinking of getting a new bike , but I'm torn between the giant anthem x3 and the BMC fourstrock xt/slx . I'm planing to do some long rides also some red and black routes and I want a bike what's comfortable light and fast . Heeeeelp meee !
I've got an anthem x1. I had a long test ride at giant Rutland water, and that convinced me. I find it comfortable and fast (and light), but I've never been to a teal centre. I've used it on some peaks and Lakeland trails though, and I have less bottle than it.
Giant. all round better bike, BMC should stick to road stuff!
I'm inclined to agree with starsh78. i have a BMC TE02, its a neet looking HT', super light for its size but its pretty quirky. And I've questioned my logic for buying it several times especially since it developed the creak from hell on the last 2 rides.
Giant look really well made.
If I was to go for the giant , is there much of a difference between the 2012 and the 20113 ? They look the same , but do they handle the same ?
