A buddy has recently stripped and re-sprayed a Giant NRS (2005) and also purchased a new bearing kit for the frame.
Is there anyone around Dundee/Angus/Tayside/Fife (even edinburgh/Aberdeen) that could lend him a hand in installing these bearings? the quotes he got are a bit steep and I dont have a clue how to install them either.
I am sure he would be willing to pay (resonable) travel expenses, and provide beer/beer tokens/tea/bacon butties (or even cold hard cash) in exchange for your help.

kaesae's in Scotland isn't he - maybe he'd lend/rent tools out with some instructions?
I used sockets as drifts when I did mine - don't remember it being too difficult.
